This project is poised for success from the very start.

KimbleCo was retained by the property owner at project inception to provide fee development services. Scope of work successfully completed to date includes assembling a strong and experienced development team, project ideation, proforma development, city approvals and entitlements, incentives and tax increment financing, branding and day-to-day owner’s representation throughout pre-development. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2021.
