KimbleCo was delighted to be selected for a variety of roles on this exciting downtown St. Paul new office project, the first building registered for LEED and WELL Building certifications in the state of Minnesota.
In its consulting role KimbleCo developed and managed the building budget and proforma, made application for grant funding for asbestos clean-up, developed and issued RFP’s and negotiated contracts for general contractor and architect, assisted with building the rest of the team, helped to develop brand and marketing, and generally provided consulting and development management services to all aspects of the project from start to finish.
We consulted on the rooftop coworking concept through local, national and global research, development of a business model, procurement of a specialized national consultant, creation of RFP and selection of interior architect and ongoing participation in design, branding and marketing. KimbleCo provided timeline project management for all pre-development requirements necessary to bring the concept on line to correspond with the rest of the building completion.
KimbleCo was also selected to co-list the property with a focus on securing tenants that value the health, wellness and sustainability brand as well as the opportunity for dynamic collaborative rooftop space and conference amenities.
