The women of KimbleCo receive top recognitions in 2018

2018 has proved a year of many accomplishments for KimbleCo. Not only do we celebrate our fourth year in business on October 15, but we have received numerous awards and recognitions this year. As a company, we were honored to rank in the top three for the annual Finance & Commerce Reader Rankings’ commercial leasing company category. Below we’ve detailed the other honors and awards the women of KimbleCo received this year.

Leadership Twin Cities

KimbleCo associate Melissa Lombard was one of approximately 50 participants accepted into the Leadership Twin Cities class of 2018-2019. Leadership Twin Cities is a nine‑month series that focuses on informing participants about numerous critical issues facing our community. The program aims to inspire future leaders while challenging them to make a difference through their own personal commitment and involvement in their communities.

Top Women in Finance

Ericka Miller, KimbleCo vice president, was named one of Finance & Commerce’s Top Women in Finance for 2018. According to the website, this award “recognizes women who are making an impact not only in their professions but also in their communities in Minnesota.”

Women of Influence Hall of Fame

CEO Julie Kimble was selected from nearly 500 women from across the country to be included in the Real Estate Forum’s 2018 Women of Influence Hall of Fame. “Julie has risen to the upper echelon of commercial real estate executives, serving as both a success story and a role model for others in the business,” wrote Syndia Torres in the Real Estate Forum’s September 2018 issue. “Only a select number of standout professionals are selected for this honor.” This national award chooses nominees based on their achievements, contributions and reputation in the industry.

Women Who Lead

Minnesota Business Magazine also named Julie as a 2018 Women Who Lead honoree. For this honor, the honorees chosen are women who “…lead tirelessly every day by example, supporting and empowering others. [They are women who] not only climb the ladder of success, they also lend a hand to those coming up behind them.”

We are proud to be a company supported and recognized by businesses in a variety of industries throughout the Twin Cities. It is a team effort at KimbleCo and we work hard to make strides for women in real estate.
