As we joyfully venture into a new year, we look forward to possibilities and potential. We had much to be thankful for in 2020 and we are using what we learned to continue to transform ourselves in the new year—to look forward to the quality of excellence and to give good grounds for positive experiences.
Each year, the KimbleCo team decides on a theme on which to build and guide us. As an EOS® company, it is important to us to track our actions and write down our goals to keep ourselves accountable so that we continue to grow and move forward. At our annual meeting we choose a theme to guide us.
During our annual meeting in November, we contemplated our experiences in a year like no other and brainstormed theme ideas. Possibility, potential, hope, opportunity—all great words and themes to move us forward.
In the end, we landed on: Promise.
A word with many meanings, promise rang true to us as a word of hope, a positive commitment, a declaration of assurance and a pledge to ourselves, our families and our clients.
For KimbleCo, promise is the realization of good things to come—a bright future, a beacon of light guiding us throughout the year. Promise is also a word that supports our core values:
As we work together this year, we will stay true to the promise we make to our clients and to ourselves. We will stand by the promise of unity—that as a team, we are in this together and will work together to make great things happen for others. To stay positive. To build on the foundation of the year before.
